Brief Answer:
Consult ENT specialist, any history of trauma?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
A blood clot in the ear can be due to bleeding caused by trauma or injury.
In case you feel presence of blood clot in ear or bleeding from the ear, you need to consult an ENT specialist.
Examination of the ear will determine presence of clot or any other lesion in the ear.
Management of the condition will be decided by the result of the investigations.
In case there is accumulation of blood clot in the ear, an X-ray of the skull bone will be required.
Fracture of the skull bone can also lead to bleeding and accumulation of blood in the ears.
