Question: Thanks for being available! I just noticed that the entire lining of both nasal passages are lined with white pustules (too many to count). Fortunately, I am not experiencing any pain.
Do you have any thoughts on what it could be?

Hi,

I would have loved to see an image to know whether this is just a normal variant or a sort of an infection. With no other symptoms, there is no reason to get worried as it is possible to cleanse only and monitor to see if anything else comes up. I will say report any fevers, pains, nasal discharge and offensive odors to me for further evaluation and insights.
