Surely this needs to see the Doctor to first of all know whether the bleeding is from rectum or penis by clinical evaluation, an actual examination including per-rectal digital examination, anoproctoscopy to see for any bleeding from anus like hemorrhoids, anal bleeding being the commonest cause of blood on sheets.
Needs further evaluation and hence General Surgeon would be the best choice to for preliminary and definitive diagnosis and management.
