Brief Answer:
Use skin lightening creams like Meladerm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.

I have reviewed the photo you have provided and I think your discoloration is very treatable.

There are many medications that you can buy at a pharmacy to use to lighten dark patches on your skin. Peels tend not to work because they only remove the most superficial layer of skin. If you use a skin lightener on the dark patches it can take weeks to months to have the areas become lighter and blend in with other skin so be patient.

While there are many products available to lighten dark patches the most effective is a cream called Meladerm. If you can not find this locally you can order this online. If you can not get Meladerm, try one of the other skin lightening creams but be patient for results.

When you use this type of cream wash your skin first then gently rub it in to the darker areas.

Seeing a dermatologist is another option if this treatment does not work.

Good health to you and thanks for using HCM.
