Question: hi doc,
my sis recently travelled out of XXXXXXX Fir 10 days and got lots of pimples on her face.find attached the pic.can you please suggest some cure.

I have read your query and understood your concern.
I have seen the attached pic also. Thanks for attaching the pic.

It seems that your sis is having grade 2 acne. For this, usually oral medications like azithromycin/ doxycycline/ minocycline is advised.

For topical use, I prefer to give benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent morning and retinoic acid 0.025 percent night tym if no contraindications for its use.

Dont pop up or squeeze the pimple.
Avoid hair oil application and oily food.
