Brief Answer:
A photo of the affected hand and following info required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

1. Can you send a photo of the hand where the vein is ruptured?

2. The pain you feel in your hand might be due to:
- trauma that caused the vein to rupture
- accumulation of blood and subsequent inflammatory processes
- possible infection of the affected area

Treatment involves treating the primary problem that caused the rupture of vein and treating the accumulated blood and any possible secondary infection.

Looking forward to have the requested photo in.
