Question: Can uti go away by itself? If so how long it take?

No, UTI can not go away if not treated with antibiotics.

Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

UTI which are usually caused by bacteria cannot go away by itself. In order for the infection to heal, will need antibiotics.

If you don't treat it as soon as possible, it will go in your kidneys and cause severe problems.
