Brief Answer:
yes you can give support with empathy & take care of her medicine timing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your girlfriend is suffering from PTSD. It means she has likely consulted psychiatrist and is undergoing treatment.

You can take care of her medicine timing and check that medicines are going on properly. As her symptoms are bad she needs proper medicines.

By loving her and giving support with empathy you can help her to come out of anxious feelings.

For PTSD psychotherapy like cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) or short term psychodynamic psychotherapy can help to reduce need for medicines. If she is not undergoing such therapy you can motivate her to consult someone for this as well as you can also support during therapy with therapist's suggestion.

You should also check that she is taking enough nutritious meal and adequate sleep. These are the basic functions to improve overall physical and mental health.

If you are in physical relationship behave gently and respect her wishes.

And last but not the least continue loving her.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,

Dr.Chintan Solanki.
