Question: I have a white spot at the top of my throat. It's painful when swallowing. I don't have any history with this. I had the problem about two weeks go it went away after 5-6 days and now it is back.

Thanks for uploading the clinical photograph.
Going by the lesion it is follicle of Tonsil. Ot should subside. I would suggest you the following

1. Warm Saline Gargling: To a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoon of salt and gargle the throat with it thrice a day for 5 days

2. Short course of antibiotics

If the lesion still persist after a week then do Consult ENT specialist for further assessment
