Question: hello, I think I got food allergy from fish and prawn. i went to Japanese restaurant last sunday since then my body are all itching. what should i take or use to reduce the itch?

I am so sorry to hear about this possible allergy that you have reported. If this is the first time you are consuming this food type, then it is very possible that this is food allergy. For relief, I will recommend Benadryl at dosages recommended by your pharmacist. This is available as an over the counter drug. I usually ask my patients to take 25mg every 6hours. If itching persists, then you may increase up to 50mg every 6hours.

The best way to address this is to avoid food that provoke allergies. I hope you get to identify them and keep away from.
