Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Question: My wife is not having period on time.we did pregnancy test 2 time in 6th week results was negative. She wait for 2 more day still she didn't get period.Then she took mifty kit (1+4 tablet) period didn't came. please Guide.what to do ?
Is there any chance of having pregnancy?
