Suggest Remedy For Bloating And Uneasiness When Taking Voglibose

I had written to you earlier about my Fasting Sugar remaining high around 170-180 and even PP around 190 -200..Based on advise , for last one month, I have now switched over to Vildagliptin + Metformin ( Galvus Met) 50/1000mg, one in Morning and one in Night..In afternoon, after food I am taking 500mg only metformin. You had earlier prescribed Voglibose ( 0.3) + Metformin ( 500mg)...But I am facing problem with Voglibose, tried for a week and I feel bloated and uneasiness in stomach..Is there any alternative to that..I am fine with Galvus met and my fasting now is at 130-140 and PP is 170-180. Pls advise... XXXX

Dear XXXXXXX Hi! first accept my apologies for late response as i was not in my office for a couple of days.
I remeber your case pretty well, and definitely your sugars are better than earlier. I think there is still scope for improvement.
please add glimeperide 1 mg twice a day along with galvus met 50/1000 mg twice a day . stop drugs in afternoon time along with lunch.
let me know sugars again after 4 weeks time.
