Suggest Remedies For Vitamin D And B12 Deficiency

Question: my medical test shows deficiency of vitamin d and b12 but shows gud presence of iron, due to this my nerves are weak and my hand trembles and I am a vegetarian by birth so advise me what shud I do to sort this issue

you can start on TAB. NEUROKIND GOLD for 3 months one tablet any time of the day preferably after food.

Have good exposure to sun light before 8.30 in the morning, as vit D3 is produced by exposure to sunlight.
Have diet rich in vit B12, like almonds, orange, tempeh, yogurt, soya, vegan myonnaise.
