Brief Answer:
callous foot

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain on a callous on the side of your foot. This is not unusual. The best thing is to take an abrasion brush to help reduce the size of the callous. Try soaking your foot in warm water then while it is still moist and soft using the brush to remove some of the callous. you could also go to a podiatrist and have them shave off the callous so there will be less pain. I also would recommend that you wear proper shoes not tight and no high heels as this will continue to irritate the callous.

In summary
1. soak the foot
2. Abrasion brush to shave down the callous
3. See podiatrist for more extensive work on the callous
4. Wear proper shoes
