Hello,
Thanks for posting a query.
If you are sure that the pain is due to insect or bee bite then you can have
TAB. VOVERON 1 tab twice daily for 2 days and TAB. LEVOCETRIZINE 1 tab now and in the night.
If its not an insect bite then it could be due to infection of nail bed which will need an antibiotic.

I am not sure of the insect bite.. i think so.. because no other reason.voveron needs to be taken before or after food?

If the swelling doesn't reduce in 3 days and any discharge is seen then it is an infection.
