Brief Answer:
Can you send an image of his tongue to me?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

Thrush is not often an emergency and can wait for a few days. Most infants who take milk can have a white coat on the tongue that might be mistaken for thrush. The difference is that while thrush cannot be scrapped off, milk coated tongue can be scrapped off. I will suggest that you send an image to me for review. If i find reason, I will suggest a product for this.

In any case, dakterene oral gel can be used. Applied twice daily using a sterile gauze to all the ares of the mouth. Give him cleaner water to drink.

I hope to hear back from you on this. I wish your toddler well.
