Brief Answer:
Chemical peels, Biotin tablets, Peptide hair serum etc

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for writing to me on HCM.
Dullness of skin and hairfall are very common problems women face after pregnancy as there are lot of hormonal and metabolic changes in your body during and after pregnancy. There is also deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals in your body.
To rejuvenate your skin I would suggest you following tips:
1. Use a good sunscreen gel everytime before going out in sun.
2. Use a good depigmenting skin cream containing koic acid, arbutin, tetrahydrocurcumin etc twice a day over face .(MELAGLOW cream).
3. Apply a moisturizer like EMOLENE cream if there is any dryness of skin.
4. Use a good soap-free cleanser like CETAPHIL cleansing lotion to cleanse your face twice a day.
5. Apart from these, you can get a series of microdermabrasion and chemical peels from your dermatologist every 15 days. These procedures are very effective in rejuvenating skin as they remove the dead layers of skin and stimulate new skin generation.
6. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet and indulge into regular exercise.

For hairfall, I would suggest you following:
1. Take biotin rich tablets for 3-4 months as they help in hair growth.(eg FOLLIHAIR NEW once daily)
2. Apply a peptide based hair serum over scalp twice a day. Peptides in such serum help in hair growth by working at cellular level by providing essential growth factors etc. (eg BIOEXEDIL hair solution.)
3. Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis.
4. Avoid use of hot iron/blow dryers etc
5. Avoid combing in wet hair and use wide-toothed comb.

Hope this will take care of your problem.
Let me know if you require any assistance from my side.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Chemical peel is safe and effective procedure

Detailed Answer:
Chemical peel is very safe and effective procedure to rejuvenate skin.
There are several options to choose from like GLycolic peel, salicylic peel, retinol peel etc but the one I generally prefer is retinol peel or also known as Yellow peel.
You can enquire about it from your dermatologist.

Yes EMOLENE is a moisturizer specially formulated for acne-prone skin and thus it doesnt have any risk of causing whiteheads/blackheads.

Follihair tablets is a multivitamins and minerals tablet formulated to provide nourishment to hair. Its very safe and doesnt have any side effects. You can continue to take it to treat your hairfall.

Brief Answer:
Chemical peels should always be done by a dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry but retinol/yellow peels are professional grade peels and are not available in chemist store.
It should be done only by a certified dermatologist. Your dermatologist can prescribe you retinol in lower percentage for daily application at home.
