Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. Add Ibuprofen 400mg every 8hours. If teh pain persists and becomes worse, we can switch this completely to more potent pain medications that have no effect on the clotting profile. I will recommend that he doesn't spend more than 48hour son Ibuprofen. If all is not controlled by then, we should switch to more potent pain drugs.
