Brief Answer:
Measures to avoid harmful effects of chlorine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern...

I would suggest a few steps..
Take a shower before entering the pool.
You may smear your body liberally with coconut oil before entering swimming pool; coconut oil would form a barrier to chlorine Or else you may use a lotion which blocks chlorine. A product named by DermaSwim pre-swimming lotion is available online and is exactly for this purpose.
Take a shower after swimming.
Use a moisturizing cream/ lotion after swimming.

I could not understand what exactly do you mean by "Nd post DT"?? Could you please clarify it.

Regards
