Suggest Home Remedies For Yellowish Hue Around My Teeth When I Have The Habit Of Drinking Green Tea Everyday

Question: I usually drink 2-3 cups of Green tea per day, and my teeth color turned yellowish. I have tried brushing with lemon and salt but no luck. Would like to know if there are any home remedies that help solve this rather than Teeth Whitening treatment.

Brief Answer:
Best is to rinse mouth after drinking tea.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Best treatment is to rinse mouth after drinking anything that may stain teeth. Listerine mouthwash may also help. Otherwise such home-based treatments as lemon, rinsing mouth with cooking oil or brushing with bicarbonate may have temporary effect.

Teeth whitening strips are effective and do not have side effects. Dentists can do a simple plaque removal procedure that does not have much side effects and also whitens the teeth to some extent. Teeth whitening procedures done by dentists may sometimes be too hard for teeth and may take away the natural shine of teeth.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
