Posted on Thu, 2 Jun 2016
Question: I am going to take 2 sachets of LAXIDO tonight. I have C.O.P.D which badly affects my breathing. If and when I will need to go to the lavatory will I have to rush?
How long will I need to use the sachets?

Brief Answer:
it depends

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

laxido can be used from a few days to a long time although usually no more than 3 weeks use is required to help most patients. The initial dosage is 1 to 3 sachets per day (divided). Using 2 sachets at once is acceptable (but not more than 2 each time). If chronic use is required after the initial relief then the dosage may be reduced to 1 XXXXXXX per day.

It usually works overnight but it depends on the patient. Some patients may require more time (even 1-2 days). If you don't succeed to defecate then a visit to your doctor would be a wise next step.

Kind Regards!
