Brief Answer:
Low glycemic load dry fruits can be taken in moderation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank for asking Health care magic forum.

You can have fenu greek seeds with one cup of water in the morning. Then tea with soya milk with out sugar-1 cup. You can have biscuits like XXXXXXX 2 numbers.

Then break fast with oats or semolina porridge -1 soup bowl. Can have 2 piece of rye bread also.Mid morning - apple , guava or orange 1 number.

For lunch - Salads 10 minutes before lunch with mixed vegetables-1 bowl. You can add capsicum and carrots, Followed by lentils soup - 1 soup bowl, Followed by whole wheat tortillas - 2 numbers or 1 cup brown rice.

Evening - tea with soya milk without sugar. Can have roasted chick peas -1 cup.

Dinner - Whole wheat tortillas - 2 numbers. Steamed vegetables - 1 cup. If you take milk products you can have 1 cup of curd.

Before sleeping you can have skimmed milk or soya milk.

Dry fruits have high glycemic load. But you can use dry fruits which give low glycemic load like prunes, dried apples or apricot. But use the one which doesn't have added sugar.

You can add whole wheat varieties of pastas or whole wheat bread or rye bread in main course.

This is a 1200- 1500 diet plan. You should consult a dietitian in person to get a personalized diet plan.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
