Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query.

Your x XXXXXXX report comment means your X XXXXXXX is normal and no abnormality is detected.

You can scan and attach the x XXXXXXX so that I can comment better.
I would like to know few details about your cough.

1) Is this cough is simple common cold
2) Cough is dry or with expectoration and duration?
3) Is there any breathlessness on exertion?
4) Do you smoke?
5) Any treatment you have taken or at present taking?
6) Is there any history of Asthma in family?

Please let me know above details so that I can clarify better.
