Subject : HIV RISK From Getting Unprotected Handjob And Unprotected

Question: Subject : HIV RISK from Getting Unprotected Handjob and Unprotected Blowjob on penis with scratches on the penis Head

Hi,

I was in strip club and got 4 Lap Dances.

The 4 lap dances were quite aggressive.
Because of the aggressive lap dances and pines eraction,
my pines head was exposed outside from underwear from above of the underwear during the Lap dances.

Because the lap dances were agressive, During the Lap Dances the Jeans Zipper was opened.
The exposed pines head was chaffed and rubbed with the opened Jeans zipper.

The pines head has got a few scratches which were not bleeding but
you really could see them clearly on the pined head, it left few scratch marks on the pines head.
The scratches were caused because of friction between the open zipper and exposed pines head during the 4 Lap Dances.

After the 4 Lap Dances I went with one of the strippers to the private room and got Unprotected Handjob(No Condom) for 2 min and than unprotected Blowjob(no Condom) for another 2 Min and than we had protected vaginal sex with condom for another 2 min after which I came inside the condom.

My questions are the following :

1. I think stripper had some vaginal fluid on her hand during handjob because she fingered herself just
before the handjob.
Does getting the Handjob for 2 min without condom put me in HIV
Risk because there was contact between the scratches on pines head and vaginal fluid/Blood on the
stripper's hands?

2. If the stripper had a wound or some blood in her mouth during Blowjob.
Does getting the Blowjob for 2 min without condom put me in HIV Risk
because of possible contact between the scratches on pines head and possible blood/wound in the
stripper's mouth?

3. Does the scratches on pines head increase the risk of HIV during the 2 min vaginal sex with condom
becaue the scratches on the pines head might contact vaginal fluid of the stripper during sex.
Or the condom fully protect against HIV even with the scratches or wounds on pines head below the
condom?

4. Generally For future how can I know If scracthes or scrapes on pines can pose a HIV risk or not
when coming contact with infected blood/Vaginal fluids in activities without vaginal sex Like
Handjobs and Blowjobs?

I would be greatful if you can answer the 4 questions spefically.

Thank you in advance

Brief Answer:
You are having a low risk of HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,
Thanks for posting your query.

1. The handjob is absolutely safe and has no risk for HIV infection. As you mentioned that you were having abrasions over glans penis your HIV risk is negligible.

2. Oral sex carries a low risk as per CDC, XXXXXXX United States of XXXXXXX

3. Protected vaginal intercourse with abrasions over the penis has negligible risk if there was a contact with vaginal fluid.

4. Medicine is not mathematics to have a constant answer. We cannot predict what level of the abrasions increase your risk.

Hi,

Thank you for your fast reply.

I have few additional questions about your answers so that I can improve my understanding of how HIV is transferred:

"Medicine is not mathematics to have a constant answer. We cannot predict what level of the abrasions increase your risk."

1. I know in unprotected vaginal sex even small scratches
on pines XXXXXXX significant HIV Risk since the enviorment
with sex is air tight. But since we are talking about
Unprotected handjobs and Unprotected Blowjobs which
are open air.
Is it true to say Generally that as long as the
scratches on pines are superficial, and the scratches on
pines don't expose blood vesseles and the scratches
don't need stitches so the HIV RISKs from unprotected
Blowjobs(No Condom) and unprotected Handjobs(No
Condom) without sex with
such superficial scratches(Like scratches from open
zipper) are negligible?

"The handjob is absolutely safe and has no risk for HIV infection. As you mentioned that you were having abrasions over glans penis your HIV risk is negligible."

2. Is it true to say The HIV risk from such unprotected
handjob is negligible because handjob is open air(HIV in
vaginal fluid in stripper's hands can't survive in open air)
and the few scratches on pines from open zipper which I
have had were supercial
and not bleeding and such scratches can't enable a a
route for HIV to enter the blood stream. Thus HIV RIsk
from such Unprotected Handjob(No Condom) with
scratches on pines head is negligible.

"Oral sex carries a low risk as per CDC, XXXXXXX United States of XXXXXXX "

3. Is Unprotected Oral sex still carries a low HIV RISK with the
superficial scratches on pines XXXXXXX from open zipper which I
have had. I ask this becuase You didn't relate to the
scratches I have had on
pines in your answer regarding Unprotected oral sex.

4. Is it true that Generally uprotected oral sex carries Low
HIV Risk since Salivia in Blowjob has multiple Enzymes
that kills HIV?
And again the few scratches I have had on pines, even
though they caused some scratch marks on pines were not
bleeding so they couldn't enable HIV access to blood
stream if comes in contact with stripper's blood during
Blowjob and also salivia kills HIV so for these reasons the
HIV risk from such Unprotected Oral sex(No COndom)
with scratches on pines is LOW?

I would appreciate your additional reply to my new questions.

Thank you for your help.

Your HIV risk is low

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
With scratches over your penis, still the risk is negligible with unprotected hand job and low with oral sex. Saliva has an enzyme lysozyme which has an inimical effect on HIV.
It is true that HIV can not survive outside the body fluids for not more than few seconds.

Brief Answer:
Still your HIV risk is low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back,

1. Yes. It is applicable also to unprotected oral sex with scratches over the penis.HIV risk is low only.

2. Yes, You are correct superficial cuts or scratches do not need any sutures. At the same time, whether the wound is superficial or deep and bleeding are all increase the risk for HIV transmission considerably. (Only for vaginal and anal sex and when the infectious fluid like semen, blood, and vaginal fluid come in direct contact.)

It is quite unusual to carry the infectious material on hand during a handjob or quite unusual to come in contact with infectious material during oral sex. We don't come across people who acquire HIV in this manner. HIV can not be viable outside the body fluids for not more than a few seconds.

So it did not change your risk markedly.

Not to worry about these odd probabilities much. Anyway, test yourself for HIV infection 12 weeks after this encounter and rule out these low and negligible risks.

Hi Dr. S XXXXXXX

Thank you for your reply.

I will just summerize all the conclusions from our conversation
regarding the various HIV RISKS. Please confirm that my conclusions are reasonable. It is important for me for furture events, to make sure I fully understand the HIV RISKS so that I know when I am in real HIV risk or not.

So I would appreciate your last reference for these conclusions, it is very important for me.

These are my conclusions :

1. Unprotected Handjob no condom with contact between superficial scratches on pines head(Like from open zipper) and vaginal fluid on stripper hand, HIV Risk is Negligible.
This is because HIV Vginal fluid in stripper's hands dies when exposed air. And such superficial scratches from open zipper
can't enable HIV access. Only with massive bleeding scratches on pines, which need stitches, there is some HIV RISK, but still less if we compare it to Unprotected Vaginal sex and Unprotected anal sex. This is because open air will most likely kill HIV in vaginal fluid in stripper's hands before contact scratches on pines.

2. Unprotected Blowjob no Condom with contact between superficial scratches on pines head(Like from open zipper) and possible blood in stripper's mouth, the HIV Risk is Negligible.
This is because Salivia kills HIV and also open air kills HIV in posssible blood in stripper's . And such scratches can't enable HIV access. Only with massive bleeding scratches on pines which need stitches, there is some HIV RISK but still less if we compare to Unprotected Vaginal sex and Unprotected Anal sex, this is because open air and salivia which will mostly kill HIV in the blood in stripper's mouth.

3. Protected Vagianal sex with condom with superficial scratches on pines head(Like from open zipper). The HIV Risk is low to negligible and is almost the same like without scratches on pines head. This is because condom fully covers scartches on pines head and thus HIV RISK is low to Negligible.

4. Unprotected Vaginal sex no Condom and Unprotected anal sex no condom with contact between superficial scratches on pines head(Like from open zipper) and vaginal fluid in Vagina or blood in anus. HIV Risk is high because enviorment with Unprotected Vaginal sex and Unprotected anal sex is airtight and also small scratches can XXXXXXX high HIV RISK in such enviorment.
When scratches on pines more bleeding and more deep the HIV RISK Increases much more.

Of cours I wouldn't perform Unprotected Vaginal Sex with or without scraches on pines, I just mention it to fully understand ways of HIV Transmission.

Thank you very much for all the asisstance.

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk remains low

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Your conclusions on our discussions are almost correct.
More deeper wound is more vulnerable for HIV transmission, but small scratch marks also pose risk more than an intact skin.
Because HIV cannot thrive over hands and fingers for more than few seconds, your risk remains negligible. HIV concentration in saliva is not sufficient to cause a new infection. But oral sex carries a low risk for HIV transmission.
Protected vaginal sex has no risk whereas the handling of penis with infectious materials raise the risk to an extent. But still it is negligible.

Hi Again,

About your answer :

"Your conclusions on our discussions are almost correct.
More deeper wound is more vulnerable for HIV transmission, but small scratch marks also pose risk more than an intact skin."

So what you mean by this is that theortically also with Unprotected Handjob and Unprotected Blowjob the superficial scratches on pines head from open zipper. Theses superficial scratches on pines head can theortically enable some limited access for HIV, if coming direct contact with Infected HIV Blood or Infected HIV Vaginal Fluid.

But Practically with Unprotected Handjob the HIV RISK is negligible because with the HIV in Vaginal fluid on stripper's hands won't be able survive when exposed to air. Thus it won't be able to infect through these superficial scratches on pines.

And Practically with Unprotected Blowjob the HIV RISK is negligible because with the possible HIV blood in stripper's mouth won't be able survive well in salivia and also exposure to air in mouth destorys the HIV blood. Thus it won't be able to infect through these superficial scratches on pines head when making the Unprotected Blowjob.

Thank you very much for the help.

And Unprotected Hadnjob no Condom and Unprotected Blowjob no Condom with such scratches on pines head from open zipper, the HIV risks remains negligible because what we have discussed above.

can theortically enable some limited access for HIV, if coming direct contact with Infected HIV Blood or Infected HIV Vaginal Fluid in activities without sex Like Unprotected Handjobs and Unprotected Blowjobs.

I have read in the past online Like I wrote at first that such superficial cuts on pines aren't a route for HIV at all in activities without sex when coming directly with infected fluid.
These medicine web sites claimed that outside body(Unprotected BlowJobs and Unprtected Handjiobs with no sex) only bleeding scratches which need stitches can be a way of transmission For HIV.

Whereas you think that such superficial scratches on pines can be theoritically a way for HIV when skin is not intact.

What is your opinion on these 2 different Perceptions regarding this issue?

Brief Answer:
Virus are smallest organisms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Viruses are ultramicroscopic organisms. The theory says any breach in the skin facilitates HIV transmission. Minor abrasions during sexual intercourse play a role in a new infection.

Any STD ulcer or inflammatory conditions increase the transmission rate. (Tanzanian study). These are all true with vaginal and anal intercourse.

Contact with Other types of abrasions is said to be negligible as HIV survival outside the body fluids is almost nil.

This is in contrast to Unprotected Vaginal Sex and and Unprotected Anal sex with superficial abrasions on pines which carry high HIV Risk.

This is in contrast to Unprotected Vaginal Sex and and Unprotected Anal sex with superficial abrasions on pines which carry high HIV Risk.

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is low

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

During vaginal sex, there will be continuous exposure to infectious material throughout the act. In anal sex, the trauma is more likely than with other types of sexual activity due to lack of lubrication and less stretchable tissues compared to vaginal and oral sex.

Moreover, the exchange of body fluids is likely with vaginal and anal contact (blood, vaginal fluid, and semen).

All these risk factors are unlikely with handjob and oral sex apart from the survival of HIV outside the body.

Subject : HIV RISK From Getting Unprotected Handjob And Unprotected

Subject : HIV RISK from Getting Unprotected Handjob and Unprotected Blowjob on penis with scratches on the penis Head Hi, I was in strip club and got 4 Lap Dances. The 4 lap dances were quite aggressive. Because of the aggressive lap dances and pines eraction, my pines head was exposed outside from underwear from above of the underwear during the Lap dances. Because the lap dances were agressive, During the Lap Dances the Jeans Zipper was opened. The exposed pines head was chaffed and rubbed with the opened Jeans zipper. The pines head has got a few scratches which were not bleeding but you really could see them clearly on the pined head, it left few scratch marks on the pines head. My questions are the following : 1. I think stripper had some vaginal fluid on her hand during handjob because she fingered herself just before the handjob. Does getting the Handjob for 2 min without condom put me in HIV Risk because there was contact between the scratches on pines head and vaginal fluid/Blood on the stripper's hands? 2. If the stripper had a wound or some blood in her mouth during Blowjob. Does getting the Blowjob for 2 min without condom put me in HIV Risk because of possible contact between the scratches on pines head and possible blood/wound in the stripper's mouth? 3. Does the scratches on pines head increase the risk of HIV during the 2 min vaginal sex with condom becaue the scratches on the pines head might contact vaginal fluid of the stripper during sex. Or the condom fully protect against HIV even with the scratches or wounds on pines head below the condom? 4. Generally For future how can I know If scracthes or scrapes on pines can pose a HIV risk or not when coming contact with infected blood/Vaginal fluids in activities without vaginal sex Like Handjobs and Blowjobs? I would be greatful if you can answer the 4 questions spefically. Thank you in advance Best Regards, XXXXXXX Sag
