Question: So i've had brown semen for about 2 and 1/2 months now after having anal sex with a dildo. No pain at anytime , no blood in urine, literally nothing else just brown semen. Online Dr prescribed me antibiotics for a month , didnt work. Went to a local doctor he did a rectal exam and testicle exam, asked a bunch of questions and he determined i just go home and rest. 3 doctors i've seen said to not worry about it but its been 2 and 1/2 months now and its still here. I have a picture this time maybe i'm explaining the issue incorrect.

Thanks for writing again .
I have gone through our previous discussion on your problem however you do not seem to have done Semen culture as suggested in my earlier thread .

Brownish semen is definitely due to infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and can be eradicated by taking appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Hence I again urge you to get it done and take antibiotic as per sensitivity pattern of bacteria.
