Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!

I passed carefully through your uploaded tests (EKG and Echo) and would like to explain that there are some issues from your Echo report that need further investigations:

1. Left ventricular hypertrophy, hypokinesis and borderline systolic function.
2. Borderline enlargement of the right ventricle.
3. Diastolic flow emerging from the basal septum (whether coronary fistula or aortic regurgitation).

In addition, there is a first degree atrio-ventricular block on the ECG recordings.

Coming to this point further clinical investigations are necessary to clarify the reason of bi-ventricular dimensions findings, LV hypokinesis and the septal diastolic flow.

Coming to this point, I would recommend discussing with your doctor on the possibility of performing a cardiac magnetic resonance imagine test, that would clarify the above mentioned issues. This test would give exact measurements of the cardiac dimensions and function as well as tissue characterization.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask a again.
