Question: "Please with respect do not give me any frightening news related to this. I don't want to see a doctor personally, so only please any highly qualified and experienced doctor required in this who can tell me a safest light medicine to take so that I get fine and get my questions answered is all I want. Will highly appreciate that my questions are properly read and understood.

1. I have done unsafe sex few times. But I always properly washed my penis with Dettol and soap and bath after having sex. But I feel as searched on google I have got yeast infection may be. As after having sex then after few days I get a white transparent peel off kind of skin or sometimes scattered skin that comes above my inner penis's skin. I easily am able to Clear/Clean it with soap or just water. But I want it to go forever and I will stop having unsafe sex anymore. Please tell me a good ointment for this and any light safest medicine to take if required and for how many days.

2. If I get married in the future I want to know that if I have a baby or plan to, then are all hiv tests also done along so that baby is healthy or whatever?? I want to know all the details please related to tests if any. I want to know for my knowledge so I really be serious and stop all what I have done.

Will highly appreciate the understanding, support and help. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Prescription of drugs are prohibited online without examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ASK A Doctor.
Thanks for posting your query.

First of all, we should not be supposed to prescribe any drugs online without seeing an individual in person. Confirming the diagnosis before prescribing treatment is essential.

Washing with soaps and Dettol would help to an extent for the prevention of certain bacterial STIs and not all diseases especially viral STIs.

Regular washing of genitals with soaps or Dettol is not advised as this could cause irritant balanoposthitis.

Regarding getting married, before marriage, you have to rule out STI/HIV by appropriate tests especially after the window period for the safety of yourself, spouse and future generation. Consult a physician nearby without hesitation.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
