Brief Answer:
Punctal stenosis can be treated by surgery to correct it

Detailed Answer:
Hey thank you for the question . Punctal stenosis can be trated by surgery to correct it if it is severe or with punctal plugs if not severe . Dystichiasis means lashes are growing towards the eye which can be remove with a cryo epilator. The treatment of peripheral corneal neovasucalarisation depends on how much area of cornea is involved and depending on that we can use mild steroid eye drops . Please discuss the various treatmenr strategies with your doctor and work on the same . Hope my answer helps you . Regards
