Brief Answer:
It's normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis, no significant St t abnormalities seen. There is q wave in lead III which is likely a normal variant and since present only in lead III is not considered as abnormal. However, considering his age and history of hypertension, it's better to obtain one echo.
So overall, there is no significant abnormality, but better to obtain echo.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
