Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
Your symptoms don’t seem to be suggestive of any cardiac issues .In my opinion this could be a bulging disc in the cervical vertebral column or gastrointestinal reflux.

As all your vital parameters were normal, there is no reason to panic! It is ok to continue working out as usual.

Hope you will find this information helpful! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me again!

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear

It is quite normal to have some tachycardia in the beginning of physical activity, as the heart needs some time to get used to straining physical activity.

The pain in this region when you touch is typical of musculoskeletal pain, probably costochondritis.

So, just relax and don’t worry about it!

Nothing serious is going on!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dear,

Your cardia is ok. From the other hand the region of the pain is not typical of the heart. It seems to be just musculoskeletal pain.

It is ok to continue working out! Nothing serious is going on!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Based on your description it seems to be costochondritis.

I would exclude any possible cardiac issues as there is no shortness of breath or changes in your vital parameters.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know about everything!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
