Brief Answer:
You need to add home care to the treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Roypina,
I understand your concern.
Your lower eyelid has swelling..(.I have seen the images of eye sent by you.)You have already been given medication(local as well as oral.)Please add following self care to the treatment advised.&get relief
- Use hot water dipped cotton swab to clean&foment the eye before putting drops every time ....do it at least thrice a day.
-Over the counter anti inflammatory pill like Ibuprofen (dosage depending on your age& weight.-advised by doctor/pharmasist.) can be taken for pain relief.
Mostly with this the problem should go in 4-5 days.
If it still persists/aggravates consult your opthalmologist for need of steroids drops.
Thanks.
