Question: Ok had blood tests and my AST was 18 and ALT was 29 so I believe the ratio is .6??

However my MRI of abdomen or ultrasound indicated fatty liver disease?

So is it from foods and weight or alcohol? I have recently lost 12 pounds on purpose going from 207 to 195.

Thanks
