Noticed Painless Black Spots On Testicle. How To Remove These Spots?

Question: Last week I noticed I have black spots on my testical. I don't know what it is. There is no pain or what so ever.
I decided to apply fucidin around it. It has improves but the black spots still there. Can you help?

Can you recommend any medication? Currently, I have applied Fucidin cream around the area and it has improves but the black spots still there.
Is it any serious problem in the long run?

These spots are usually not serious except for the color change.
Liquid paraffin meant for skin use may be beneficial if applied locally.
To come to a diagnosis, pls consult a dermatologist.
