Question: My wife aged 46 years is a OCD patient and uses very high quantity and soaps and water on regular basis. She has developed some black spots on her feet because of this excessive use of soap. I am attaching a few photographs - please suggest suitable medicine
.

It seems to irritant contact dermatitis.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 twice daily for 2 weeks.
