Firstly I suggest you use a broad spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or 50), throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours, especially when outdoors.
In addition, I suggest you use a glycolic acid based cream e.g either Glyco A 12 % cream or Demelan cream or Radiant lite cream, at night. Glycolic acid is exfoliating and helps rejuvenate skin. It also lightens complexion and pigmentation
