Brief Answer:
Typical of gastritis. Take Tab Pan-D twice a day.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for writing to me. I have studied your problem carefully and in my opinion, all your symptoms are attributable to gastritis.

Considering that you are going through stressful times, it is not at all surprising that you are facing these issues.

That said, it is always prudent to get an ECG done to be absolutely sure of the cause and rule out serious heart related issues as they can present with similar symptoms.

So, please do get an ECG done.

For gastritis I would suggest you to take Tab. Pan-D twice a day half an hour before meals for next 10 days.

You can add Syp. Sucrafil 3 times a day before meals.

Please do not worry, this does not seem serious at all.

Increase fresh leafy veggies in your diet and take 5 ml of Lactulose (Duphalac) syrup once a day, it will make your stools soft and reduce the occurence of fissures.

In the night, do not sleep immediately after dinner, have dinner a little early, and stay awake for at least 2 hours after dinner.

If you do not see any improvement within a few days, please consult a gastroenterologist and get yourself examined.

I would not worry much at this time. Relax and try to reduce stress in your life. Stress is the major contributor to gastritis.

Hope this helps.

My warm wishes to you and your family.

All the best
