Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks for this query.

For how long has this been going on? How many times have you vomited and how bad are your cramps?

For now, increased fluid intake only, in frequent small sips. If the cramps are terrible, I recommend scopolamine for relief. However, most cases of acute digestive upset characterized vomiting are transient and do stop spontaneously. I will however recommend metoclopramide 10mg twice daily for nausea/vomiting if it prevents you from eating and keeping food down. Otherwise, increased fluid alone is sufficient in most cases.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me on your progress and if new symptoms set in. If you recently consumed food out of home or something you are not familiar with, keep me posted as well.

There is no fever. The cramps have mellowed down. Last vomiting was 4 hours ago and managed to sleep.
