Question: My husband put fluticasone propionate ointment on his penis Because of a scratch that was there. He put way too much on and he felt burning throughout the day we’re not on the outside but more on the inside but was at work and not able to rinse it off. Now that area is completely numb. Is this normal? Will this go away and he be able to feel stuff down there
