Brief Answer:
The reports attached are not legible

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting query.
Diabetes and high Triglycerides in blood exist together.
The reports you attached are not legible to read as the charecters are so tiny to appreciate the numbers.
I suggest to please upload better pictures to be able to suggest. Also please let me know which type of diet do you prefer, south XXXXXXX or North, Veg or Non Veg, Any allergies for the food items? At this there is hardly anything realistic we can do about weight. As there is
While I suggest at least the following:
1) A XXXXXXX 15 min walk after every meal, i.e breakfast, lunch and dinner
2) 30ml apple cider vinegar / lemon juice in glass of water 30 min before every meal
3) Early morning walk for 20 min (60-80 steps per min pace) and evening for 20 min (60-80 steps per min pace)
4) Intermittent fasting helps with 12-16 hours fasting and all the three meals consumed in rest 8 - 12 hours

Try these tips and let me know the reports and the questions asked for.

I have attached photos of my father's tests again. And as for the diet, a North XXXXXXX diet is preferable and he does not have any known allergies.
