Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and would like to tell you that from the history and symptoms which you had explained, it looks like she is experiencing supra ventricular tachycardia which is common in pregnancy in many patients.

The important thing is to make sure her heart is structurally normal which has been confirmed by echo which is a good thing so need not worry.

However I would like to review her ecg myself to be sure. Kindly upload the image of her ecg for review.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
