Question: My Cholesterol Ratio is 210200 how to control it even eating all the things regularly. Im vegetarian, few items or home made remedies that burns cholesterol fat or control it.

What you can do to get the cholesterol levels under control is

1. Eat less rice and rice based items.

2. Stop drinking coke and pepsi and such aerated beverages if you consume them.

3. Exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes without fail.

Exercise is the only known treatment that really controls your cholesterol levels without any side effects.
