Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back

A decreased interest in feeds along with loose/frequent stools of 2-3 days duration suggests a viral illness. As he is otherwise active and playful, nothing to worry. He will be back to normal in a couple of days.

Until then, just increase the frequency of solid feeds rather than trying to force feed at a time. Usually, during such times, they will compensate by increasing the amount of breast feeds taken. If he is passing urine 8-10 times a day(day+night together), he is getting enough feeds. If passing less than 6 times, suggests inadequate feeds and we need to increase the feeding frequency.
