Brief Answer:
Give Albendazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service

Itching around anus at night without any visible lesions/discolourations is most likely from worm infestation as you mentioned.

Give him Albendazole suspension(200mg/5ml) at bedtime. Repeat the same after 2 weeks. If the itching is sever enough to cause sleep disturbance, get back to me with his weight. I will give an antihistamine to relieve itching, to be given for initial 3-5 days.

If no response in 5 days, we will evaluate further.
Also, make it a habit to wash his hands with soap and water after playing outside, giving food/snacks and after using toilet.

Let me know if I can assist you further
