Brief Answer:
It is dental caries

Detailed Answer:
Hi,Thank you for your followup query.I read through your query. I must say that it is decay of teeth. It is the primary teeth(milk teeth). It should be treated (by a Pediatric Dentist)by either rootcanal treatment(pulpectomy or pulpotomy) based on the depth of the caries followed by crown. These teeth will exfoliate at the age of 7-8 yrs, so cant get it extracted. If decay is not that deep it can be filled with composite .Please reduce giving sweets and sweet juices or milk before sleeping and if at all you are giving reduce it and make sure the child has waahed the mouth properly.Try avoiding giving it before sleeping.Always make sure baby brushes the teeth before sleeping. Please take care of these primar teeth, as everyone thinks these teeth will go away why to take care of it.But these teeth are very important for the proper alignment and spacing of the future permanent teeth and also the growth of jaw bones.Hope you understood what i meant.Thank you and have a healthy day.
