Lump in cheek. What could be this?

I just noticed a lump in my cheek..not on gum. It feels like a large pimple without any head. It is feels the same on the outside.

Hi. Thanks for your query. After reading your symptoms I feel that you may have gotten this lump due to mild trauma such as cheek biting. Assuming that it is painless it feels like a harmless fibrous tissue growth. I would still suggest that you still visit your dentist for a thorough check up to rule out anything else. Regards
