Brief Answer:
Enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you are suffering from enteritis, which is nothing but stomach bug. But right lower abdomen is a tricky area so I need a little more history from you

1. Is the pain unbearable?
2. When did you last pass motion and gas? Is the form of stools normal?
3. Is the pain radiating around your umbilicus?
4. When you push where does it hurt and are you able to pass stools?
