Question: Kramer is a 10 year-old Giant Schnoodle. All his life, he has had episodes of chronic diarrhea. When this first happened 8 years ago, the vet prescribed Science Diet ID dry. He has done pretty well on that, but I became concerned that it might not be the best food for him and am transitioning him to NutriSource XXXXXXX food. He has continued to have loose stool for over a week and last night he vomited. I don't know what to do!
