It's rbbb

Detailed Answer:
It's rbbb with corresponding St t changes, left axis deviation and sinus rhythm.
The possibility of coronary artery disease should be ruled out with further evaluation and echo however such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age. So, the patient should undergo echo and if normal then stress tests like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
