Brief Answer:
Sinus bradycardia with q wave in III avf

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus bradycardia, q wave in III avf and left axis deviation. Poor r wave progression. No significant St t abnormalities seen.
These may be the age-related changes, however, a patient should undergo echo to rule out the possibility of old inferior wall infarction especially if any history of chest pain in past or risk factors are present like diabetes or hypertension.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
