Brief Answer:
T wave inversion in v1-4

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with T wave inversion in v1-4. No other significant abnormalities are seen.
The possibility of coronary artery disease is there, needs further evaluation. Patients should undergo echo and if normal then stress tests like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. However, sometimes such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age, however, needs further evaluation.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
